With us, every meal is a discovery. The cuisine is an integral part of the holiday experience and tells the story of the region through the aromas, flavours and traditions of Trentino.
The day begins with a rich breakfast buffet, designed to give you a sweet and genuine awakening: carefully prepared specialities, ideal for tackling a day of nature and adventure with energy.
The flavours of our land
At lunch and dinner, be guided by tradition: the scent of the melted butter and bacon accompanies the dumplings, while the’orzotto with Teroldego conquers with its intense flavour. There is no shortage of robust and authentic dishes such as the pork shank with potatoes, the polenta with alpine cheese and the typical Spätzle, small dumplings topped with cream and bacon.
And finally, a great classic: the apple strudel, served hot, as tradition dictates.

To get you even more into the spirit of the land, once a week we organise a typical Trentino dinner, with traditional dishes and traditional costumes.
